For 401 (k) plans, Employer pays 3% of your base salary after each payroll period, and provides up to 7% of your base salary to a qualified retirement account after completion of each calendar year.
Finally, every employee is given 160 hours of per year for vacation time as well as unlimited sick time. All employees are also given all 10 federal holidays paid per calendar year.
