DevOps Engineer
Overview:
** Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required. **
As a Software Engineer at Rampart you will be an integral member of a small team in a in a fast paced environment to assist in migration and deployment of applications in multiple cloud infrastructures. You will be providing assistance to application developers creating deployments, standing up common services and recommending solutions for maximizing efficient use of hardware resources. You will be leveraging experience with the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) tools and software.

Responsibilities:
- Implement, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge signal processing systems
- Develop secure interfaces and web based GUIs to control, status, and monitor signal processing systems
- Manage system software configurations and baselines
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, containerd, )
- Experience with application deployment using CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, )
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, )
- Experience with storage provisioning (OpenEBS, Gluster, etc.) along with data backup and restore
- Experience with Linux (CentOS desired)
- Experience with several programming language (dynamic and compiled)
- Experience with building automation tools for repetitive tasks
- Experience with metrics (Elastic, )
Desired Skills:
- Microservices architecture and design
- Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment that supports rapidly changing requirements
