Overview:

** Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required. **

As a Lead Software Engineer at Rampart you will be a vital player as a leader on a team supporting the design and development of web-based intelligence analysis tools. You’ll be working with a team of developers, subject matter experts, UX designers, and Mission Users to create an end-to-end system of containerized user interfaces, microservices, and data stores.

Job Location:

Aurora, Colorado

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
  • Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications within the contract.
  • Work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience developing software with Java .
  • Experience implementing RESTful web services and enterprise service APIs.
  • Experience developing services that handle requests, route, and translate data models for use by other applications.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligent activity.
  • 15 years of experience as a software engineer supporting projects of similar scope and complexity.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related discipline preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of REST API development.
  • Experience with JSON, XML.
  • Experience with the X-Midas signal processing environment

“In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $140,000 to $280,000; however, Rampart Technologies Corporation considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
